Back by popular demand! Enjoy a gentle yoga flow with a furry twist—adorable, adoptable kittens from the Sacramento SPCA will be roaming the room as you stretch, breathe, and maybe fall in love with your next pet.

This class is beginner-friendly and 100% kitten-approved.
$25 per person – Open to YMCA members & nonmembers.
