As you may not know, Fennel Tapas was originally going to be a vegetarian restaurant, as it has always excited me much more cooking with vegetables… I love the variation, the vibrancy. So in homage to that idea, the next supper club will be Meera Sodha’s brilliant Fresh India. Vegetarians and vegans very welcome (and meat eaters too, but there won’t be any on this night).
