This years Dash an Splash is later due to the Summer tides
its a 5k dash along the beach from Shanklin to Sandown dashing along the sand and sometimes splashing around the groynes.
Finishing at Yaverland beach by the Sailing club - every runner will get a medal, this is a fun run raising money for Aspire, Ryde
Entry is £15 registration prior to the day or £20 on the day
children are £5 under 11 years must be accompanied - Register online here
