Join us for a Deep Relaxation Sound Bath! We are delighted to be collaborating with local sound practitioner Kay McMenamin so that she can share her beautiful soundscape with us! This in the ultimate in relaxation, so come prepared to get cosy and go deep! You will be serenaded with live healing sounds from gongs, Tibetan bowls, voice, chimes and drums to name but a few instruments. All you need is your soft comfy blanket, a pillow and your intention to let go. Your experience will be completed with light refreshments before you leave.
