This August class series brings together the best of both worlds: gentle mobility and functional strength. Open to all levels, each session will explore flowing movement patterns and targeted exercises to help you release tension, ease stiffness, and build lasting strength where your body needs it most.
The class will reinforce Pilates fundamentals while encouraging you to explore greater ease of movement and control. With consistent practice, you’ll start to feel the difference both on and off the mat.
These sessions are available in August only, for studio clients who would like to continue their Pilates practice through the summer. A minimum of three bookings is required for each class to go ahead.
Class sizes remain small so that individual feedback and hands-on support can guide your progress safely and effectively.
