This multi-level class is designed to support your body through life’s daily demands, whether that’s long hours at a desk, a physically active job, or the wear and tear of everyday life. We will work through functional Pilates movements that promote joint health, postural strength, and improved flexibility.

Emphasis will be placed on reconnecting with deep core muscles, correcting habitual patterns, and increasing whole-body awareness. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and better equipped to handle the activities you love with confidence.

This class will run during August only, and is open to current clients wishing to maintain their Pilates routine over the summer break. Classes will run with a minimum of three people booked.
Small, supportive group sizes ensure everyone receives the personal attention they need.
