This workshop focuses on developing safe, elegant, and comfortable chicotes and cambrés. Over 1.5 hours, we’ll explore the technique behind clean lines, proper support, and smooth transitions—helping you incorporate cambrés with confidence and control.
We’ll break down body mechanics, alignment, and partner connection to ensure that every cambré is both expressive and sustainable. Follows will learn how to engage and protect their back and core, while leads will focus on providing clear intention and safe support.
Whether you’re new to chicotes and cambrés or looking to refine your technique, this workshop offers practical tools to make them feel as good as they look. Suitable for dancers of all partner styles with some basic dance experience.
