Wild Beginnings (bumps and babies)

Take a deep breath, step into nature, and nurture yourself as you journey through pregnancy and early motherhood.
Our weekly forest wellbeing sessions are designed just for you—combining gentle mindfulness, yoga, and massage with friendship, support, and soul-soothing time in nature.
Each block will run for 5 or 6 weeks, with opportunities for creativity, play and relaxation in every session. Some of our sessions will feature special guests offering treats like massage, yoga, or other wellbeing activities—adding a little extra magic to your time in the woods.
While you unwind, your little one will enjoy beautiful nature play, and of course, no session would be complete without tea, cake, and good company!
Come and recharge, connect, and cherish this special time with your baby (or your bump!) in the magic of the woods.

Please note* this group is most suitable for babies who are not yet mobile. Once your baby begins crawling confidently or walking we recommend moving to our Little Wild Tots Forest Play group, which takes place on Monday mornings.👣
