Dear Friends and Family,
William Saunders and Chad Miller are thrilled to invite you to our wedding celebration on September 27, 2025, at our cherished SauMill Grove, where we’ll unite our lives surrounded by love and nature. This special place, four individual lots we’ve united as our own, was purchased in September 2022. For the past two and a half years, we’ve poured our hearts into transforming it, building not just a home but a future filled with shared moments. To share this journey with you, we’ll be creating a Facebook page where you can follow our progress and updates as we prepare SauMill Grove for this special day and beyond. We’re working hard to make SauMill Grove shine for our big day, and we’re counting on your help to make this happen—please consider lending a hand with setup, sharing your talents, or contributing in any way to bring this vision to life. Your support will make this day truly spectacular. We need you to RSVP as soon as possible by messaging Will or Chad on Facebook or texting Chad at 920-723-1551, letting us know you’re coming and your meal preference: steak, chicken, or if you’ll bring your own meat and seasonings for our large community grill. We’d love for everyone to join us at the grill to cook their own steak or chicken for a fun, bonding atmosphere, though it’s entirely optional—we’re happy to prepare your main dish if you prefer to relax and enjoy. We’ll provide a feast of sides, a fresh salad bar, and delightful desserts to complete the meal. The day begins with guest arrival at 1:00 PM, followed by our ceremony from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. We’ll then lead a scenic wedding convoy through Lake Wazee State Park, just five minutes away. The wedding party will stay for photos, while guests are welcome to enjoy the park’s beauty or return to SauMill Grove. Our dinner and reception will kick off at 5:30 PM, filled with love, laughter, and memories to cherish. The disruptions of COVID-19 kept many of us apart, making it harder to reconnect with those we hold dear. Our wedding is more than a ceremony—it’s a heartfelt opportunity to gather and create new memories with the people who’ve been part of our 14-year journey. By hosting at SauMill Grove, we’re investing in a space to welcome friends and family for years to come, rather than spending on a venue for just one day. As we work to shape SauMill Grove into a cozy getaway, we warmly welcome any support you’re inspired to offer—whether contributions toward building materials, hands-on help, or any small gesture to make this day unforgettable. Your presence and shared stories are the greatest gifts, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you on what we know will be a beautiful day.
With all our love,
Chad Miller & William Saunders
