This five-week yoga series is designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit, combining gentle stretching, foundational yoga poses, guided meditation, and deep relaxation. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi, this series offers a supportive environment to unwind, reconnect, and deepen your yoga practice.
•Gentle Stretching: To release tension and increase flexibility.
•Yoga Poses: Accessible for all levels, promoting strength, balance, and mindfulness.
•Guided Meditation: To cultivate inner peace, reduce stress, and enhance self-awareness.
• Relaxation Techniques: To restore the body and calm the mind, leaving you refreshed and centered.
Wednesdays 7.30-8.30pm
Five weeks- one class per week in July.
Dates 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th JULY at 7.30pm.
*Please note- you are booking and paying for all five sessions.
