Join us at the track for a rewarding track workout! We will be doing the Tuesday workout in this week's WGTC Carrollton Half Marathon Training Plan (found in the weekly members email). You are welcome to do this workout or do your own thing! If you don’t want to do a track workout and just want to walk/run the track while we’re there, that’s fine, too!
