Aloha friends! The Ke’ala ‘O Kamailelauli’ili Foundation invites you to our next community-based hula class on Saturday, August 16th at 1pm!
What makes this class special? It is open to EVERYONE:
👉🏼Those who have danced in the past and are looking to reconnect
👉🏼Those curious about hula
👉🏼Family members of current dancers
👉🏼Aunties, uncles, and extended ‘ohana
👉🏼Anyone with an interest in Hawaiian arts, traditions and practices!
***This class is designed for older students (not for little keiki), but if you need to, bring the kids and let them hang out while you dance!***
Join us for a fun two-hour session where we’ll learn one complete song from start to finish. No weekly commitment - just come dance hula in a supportive community setting!
Cost: $40 per person ($20 if your family currently pays tuition for a KOKM dancer)
This class is all about connecting and reconnecting and building community while centering and honoring Hawaiian tradition and practices. Come talk story, dance, and make new friends with others who share our appreciation for hula!
Email aGthbWFpbGUgfCBnbWFpbCAhIGNvbQ== for more information or use the QR code to reserve your spot! Space may be limited, so don’t wait!
