🍁 Tuesday Trail Run – Tower Trails + Canada Day Fun! 🍁

This week, we’re hitting the Tower Trails — one of the best spots to run this time of year, with forest shade, winding singletrack, and great views.

The route will be a little shorter than usual (~6.5km), perfect with the summer heat (26°C, chance of showers to cool us off).

After the run, we’ll head downtown to take in the Canada Day festivities and fireworks — always a great way to cap off the evening!

🕕 6:00 PM start — meet at Tower Trails trailhead (end of Tower Rd., by the water tower)
🍁 All levels welcome — bring water, trail shoes, and your festive spirit
