Beginner or people who regularly meditate
Meditation, mindfulness and relaxation is for everyone 🀍🎍
It is the ultimate way to relax and ease the mind.

I will be bringing some biscuits so everyone can focus on the sensations in their mouths,
I will be practice breathing techniques, Om chanting and play meditation music.

I will be teaching a couple massage techniques you can do on yourself to help relieve tension quickly. πŸ’†πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

Guided Meditation will go for 40mins 1:20-2pm
We will meet near Queens park lookout
