This 6-week yoga course is designed for those who are new to yoga or looking to build a solid foundation for movement. Tailored especially for individuals aged 50 and above, this course offers gentle yet effective practices to improve mobility, balance, and overall comfort in your body.

The movements we explore will focus on supporting everyday activities such as bending, reaching, and walking — helping you move with greater ease and confidence. By improving joint mobility, strengthening key muscle groups, and practicing mindful breathing, you'll discover ways to reduce stiffness, improve posture, and ease discomfort.

You’ll learn how to safely engage in movements that reflect everyday actions, while gaining an understanding of how the spine, hips, shoulders, and feet work together to create stability and ease. By incorporating principles of functional mobility and alignment, this course helps you rebuild trust in your body, improve coordination, and move with more fluidity and less pain in daily life.
