Come join for an hour of drumming, community and connection. I am a trained facilitator of the HealthRHYTHM protocol developed by Dr. Barry Bittman. Drumming is healing. Drumming is vibrational. There is lots of science to back up the data of how drumming transforms your nervous system and decreases stress.
No rhythm is required.
No experience is required.
When we join with others in recreational music making aka drumming, something subtly shifts inside of us.
Drumming will be held at Willow & Ash at 2031 Frederica St. Please park on 21st Street and come on in through the front door.
Drumming starts at 10am and front door will open at 945am.
Cost is $15 - cash or Venmo
