Come join us for a refreshing and inspiring SUP Yoga class on the water! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned paddler, this experience blends yoga, nature, and mindfulness in the most magical way.

A perfect blend of energy and ease. First, flow with a playful vinyasa, then melt into stillness with yin. This balanced yang & yin class is a midweek reset on the water.

πŸ“ Launch location: San Jose Park, free parking available in park & neighborhood

πŸ•’ Launch Time: 7pm, please arrive in enough time to unload or inflate your board for a timely launch

β€’ A calming practice & gentle movement on your paddleboard
β€’ Connection to nature and your breath
β€’ Time to float, relax, and let the water do its magic
β€’ Supportive guidance for all levels

β€’ $15 BYOB (Bring Your Own Board) β€” includes yoga, guidance & good vibes. Bring your own safety gear & anchor
β€’ $40 with board rental β€” includes paddleboard, safety gear & anchor. Limited supplies; prepayment required in advance of class; purchase your ticket now).

βœ… What to Bring:
β€’ Paddleboard, PFD (personal flotation device), and anchor (if BYOB)
β€’ Water, sunscreen, towel, dry bag
β€’ Water shirt, bathing suit or yoga-friendly waterwear
β€’ Water shoes (needed for muddy entries, and shells)
β€’ An open heart and sense of adventure
