Summerween Comes to Ritter Park – A Spooky Splash of Summer Fun!
Get ready for a hauntingly good time in the heat of summer! On Thursday, August 7th, Ritter Park will transform into a festive fusion of spooky thrills and sunny fun for Summerween 2025 – a one-of-a-kind celebration for ghosts, ghouls, and beach bums of all ages!
From 6:00 PM until after dark, park-goers can enjoy a variety of spine-chilling and summery activities, including:
• Watermelon & Pineapple Carving – a tropical twist on a Halloween classic
• Spooky Games for kids and families
• A Summerween Costume Contest – come dressed in your eeriest beach attire
• A Spooky Photobooth and Festive Refreshments
As the sun sets, the vibe shifts! Stick around as the older crowd gathers under the stars for a special outdoor showing of the cult classic Friday the 13th. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and courage!
Summerween is free and open to the public while supplies last. Whether you're a pumpkinspice-in-July kind of person or just in it for the pineapple carving, there's something for everyone.
