Online or In-Person Evening Hatha Yoga
Join us this Wednesday, July 2nd, and again on July 9th for a calming and strengthening evening Hatha Yoga class. Flow with us through a series of postures that cultivate strength, balance, and mindful breath. We’ll begin with deep breathing and Sun Salutations to gently warm the body, then move into longer-held postures with a focus on alignment and presence.
✨ When: July 2nd & 9th | 5:30 PM – 6:45 PM
✨ Where: In-person at Wilder-Nest Retreats or virtual
