Here is an exciting 9-week course offering a true holistic Yoga experience! This includes all basics you need to know about body, mind, and spirit, introducing you to 'The 8 Limbs of Yoga' and how this might be relevant for you.
We will go slow and gentle, warming up properly, learning about Mantras, Mudras, and the Yogic path to freedom and self-realisation, then building foundations for our physical practice, giving you time, space, and individual attention for the best learning experience possible. You will get to know more than 30 different Yoga poses (Asanas) over the 9 weeks of the course. At the end of each session, you can enjoy a long deep guided relaxation.
The course comes with a comprehensive printout!
Course fee $360 (9 weeks on Fridays at 6.30pm, 2 hour-sessions)
