Join Michelle Cooper for the mindful movements of Tai Chi and Qigong - focusing on decreasing tension, improving flexibility, strength, better balance/body awareness, mental focus, and calming the nervous system. Sessions take place in standing positions, with no floor work, and no mat is required.

Classes are appropriate for all levels. No previous experience is required. $15, $10 for garden members.
