Fumet arancini, lemon, herb, Brazino, garlic, butter and activated charcoal.
Third Course: Chateau Saint- Roch Rosé 2024 - Languedoc, France
"Cassoulet d'agneau Avec Salades de Figues"
Lamb, mire poix, shallot, stock, fennel, herbs de Provence, garlic, white bean, endive, fig and goat cheese.
