The Rusty Gate Challenge, in partnership with Wildrunner, is a unique cloverleaf solo or team relay format trail running event that incorporates Rusty Gate's spectacular mountain hiking trail routes into a variety of distance challenges - from 18km up to 100km.
At the centre of this clover leaf trail running Challenge is the ‘Eagle’s Eyrie’, Rusty Gates sensational mountain terrace venue. For the Rusty Gate Challenge, you can imagine this as the beehive, humming with activity as the solo and relay runners come and go on one of three sensational trail running loops - the Gorge, the Waterfall or the Crest. With good music, good food, coffee, beer and supporters adding to the buzz.
The Rusty Gate Challenge has a Challenge for everyone, from young families to the Ultra runner.
