This class is just as much about the mind as it is the body as once the mind is still, the body follows. We start class with meditation to clear the mind and tune inward. We use all the props in this practice to support our physical bodies so that everything else has space to release while feeling grounded and supported. Class wraps up with a mini sound bath style savasana.
Great for all levels and abilities.
