COMPETITIVE STORYTELLING COMES TO GRASSROOTS!
That's right, Trampoline is making its debut at the Finger Lakes GrassRoots Festival of Music & Dance (and storytelling?!?). We will be closing out the Leslie Puryear Community Stage on Sunday with a special Trampoline event from 3pm - 5pm hosted by the Mighty Mickie Quinn and sponsored by WSKG public media.
Show up. Sign up. Tell a 5-minute personal story, without notes, inspired by this month's theme, "DON'T TELL MOM" and be judged by your peers on content and presentation. And, of course, there will be ducks from our proud sponsors at Cat's Pajamas.
THIS EVENT WILL BE RECORDED
We are thrilled that WSKG is sponsoring the 2025 season of Trampoline! We will be recording this event, which will be edited and eventually broadcast. Storytellers will give consent to allow their stories to be recorded and used.
We hope you will join us, whether you decide to participate in the storytelling, serve as a judge, or sit back and enjoy listening to the stories while surrounded by the festival's energy.
