Tabata is great to get a quick workout in if youβre short on time, you need to switch up your routine, or you want to improve endurance and speed. Incorporate this type of workout into your fitness routine and produce results.
You push yourself as hard as you can for 45 seconds and rest or active recovery for 15 seconds. This is one set.
We would like to remind you of the guidelines In-Person Classes:
1. If you plan to attend class in person, you RSVP in advance. If you cancel or no-show within 6 hours of class start time, a class punch will be deducted as we would be unable to fill the spot.
