This handstand clinic will cover the process of learning a freestanding handstand.
We will go over and get a chance to practice drills to meet the demands of the process such as wrist conditioning and warm up exercises, building strength, gaining relevant flexibility, dealing with fear, and learning the skill of balancing. Additionally, there will be some practice for the kick up to handstand.
This clinic is open to everyone - whether you're afraid to go upside down or you're getting close to holding your handstand. If some drills are beyond your current level, you can simply practice one of the previous drills or take notes for the future. Most drills, however, will have modifications to be suitable for most individuals.
