Welcome to Designer Bag Bingo and Tricky Tray! Join the X-Cel Allstar Parent's Association for a fun-filled event at VFW Post 2540. Get ready to play bingo for a chance to win fabulous designer bags! You must be 18+ to purchase tickets and attend this event.
We will have a food truck on site that day for food available to purchase. Smaller snacks may be brought in to keep on the table; however, no outside orders (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc) will be permitted in.
There will be a cash bar at the event. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted.
General Admission: General Admission tickets are $40 per ticket during our presale. This includes entry to the event with one BINGO sheet (3 chances to win per sheet) for each of the 10 regular games, plus 1 door prize ticket. Pre-sale ends at 8 pm on September 10th.
Tickets will be sold at the door on a first-come, first-served basis for $45, cash only.
VIP Table: VIP Table sales are $400 for a group purchase and include tickets for 8 people. This includes entry to the event with one BINGO sheet (3 chances to win per sheet) for each of the 10 regular games for up to 8 people with the following VIP Perks: 1 pre-reserved table for 8 guests, a gift basket with snacks, 1- tier 1 sheet of tricky tray tickets, a dauber, and an extra door prize ticket for each of the 8 guests.
** VIP Tables will be limited and on a first-come come first-served basis. **
Tricky Tray ticket bundles can be pre-purchased through our event ticket link, or purchased the day-of the event with cash. Prices are as follows:
- Tier one prizes - $5 per sheet of 25
- Tier two prizes ($51-$149) - $5 per sheet of 10
- Tier three prizes ($150+) - $5 per ticket
- Value Pack (2-tier 1 sheets, 1-tier 2 sheet, 1-tier 3 ticket) - $15 each *Value Packs can be pre-purchased through our ticket link*
-Helicopter Ride Raffle Ticket ($800 Value) - $10 each
Other tickets and items for sale (cash only) the day of the event:
- Extra BINGO cards (regular games) - $10 each
- Single Card Specials (Specials 1 & 2) - $2 each
- Daubers - $2 each
- Swap Ticket - $5 each *Swap ticket can also be pre-purchased through our ticket link*
- Heads or Tails Game - $2 each
- 50/50 - 1 ticket for $3, 3 tickets for $5, or 10 tickets for $15
Your support at this event helps X-Cel All Star Cheerleaders in many ways! Such as assisting in payments for competition fees, uniforms, and the End of the Year Banquet to celebrate the teams' success!
The mission of the X-Cel All Star Parents Association is to promote good sportsmanship, squad unity, and mutual respect among the menbership, cheerleaders, coaches, and the community by elevating, advocating, promoting and financially supporting the X-Cel All Star Cheerleading Program.
