In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the foundations of sourdough baking, prepare your own dough to take home, and receive your own starter to keep feeding and baking with. We’ll walk you through the process step by step—so you can feel confident baking beautiful, nourishing loaves in your own kitchen.
What to bring: A 4-quart bowl, an apron, and a friend if you’d like to share the fun!
