CPR/AED and First Aid (infant-adult) 7/24/25 with Sarah Saefkow

Learn CPR skills for all ages, adult through infant. This class includes anti-choking techniques, using a CPR mask, Narcan use, and recovery position. Our training manikins contain built-in feedback for up-to-date CPR guidelines. First Aid skills include EpiPen administration and control of life-threatening external bleeding. Pocket barrier masks will be provided at the end of class. Approximately 4-4.5 hours of online coursework is required before the class date. Certification is valid for 2 years.
