Come join us at Apollo’s Basket for Yoga in the garden. This is an outdoor event and make sure to bring your own mat. Each ticket includes one bouquet of u-pick flowers or lavender from our garden. Type of class: an all levels Baptiste inspired yoga class.
Meet Rachel:
Rachel began practicing yoga for the way it quieted her mind and allowed her to reconnect with her body. Through her practice she found a life giving community and a new way of being which called her to teach. Overtime we can often lose touch with our body and the childlike curiosity, but through a mindful approach, her students can become more in touch with their inner self.
Rachel completed her 200-hour certification from Toledo Yoga in Toledo, Ohio. Though she now teaches the practice, she is eager to learn further from her students.
