The Mid Atlantic Masters Classic returns for 2025 with a full day of competition, camaraderie, and community at Everlasting Fitness in Joppa, Maryland.

This is the ultimate event built for Masters, by Masters. No gimmicks — just hard work, fair competition, and fun workouts. Expect a high-energy environment, vendor village, prizes and some bangin Masters age tunes.

FORMAT:
3 Full-Length Workouts
1 Floater Workout
No Finals – Every Rep Counts
Workouts release begins July 1st with demo videos
