July 2025 5k Your Way, Move Against Cancer

If you are living with cancer, are supporting someone who is, or are a healthcare professional - then please join us at Lee on the Solent parkrun for a walk and a chat, a jog or a run. Do the full 5k, just a part, or sit and spectate. We reconvene in On The Water afterwards for refreshments. A fun and social way to move against cancer. We look forward to seeing you outside On The Water at 8:45 am. Anyone is welcome!
