First round | Cello 2026

In 2026, the Queen Elisabeth Competition will be dedicated to the cello for the third time. The best young cellists from the four corners of the world will compete in Brussels, from 4 to 10 June. The candidates can consult the rules below. The applications will open end of October or beginning of November 2025. Tickets will be on sale as from January or February 2026.
