Journey into your Heart

Join Amy on a journey into your heart with the rhythm of the drum and the creativity of the voice.

Amy will voice animal and nature sounds/Melodies'/songs, this part is more actively listening.

Then she will invite you to create sounds, some movements, melodies to free up space in the heart centre brining us back to the vibration of love.

This evening will be a fun evening of connecting with others through drumming and voice.
