We pause in mid-summer to honour the change between the fire and earth element.
Three hours of Fire to Earth Qigong, breathwork, grounding meditations, nourishing yin yoga, restorative yoga and nidra sleep!
An important time of year to stop and recharge, as we enter into a new TCM season of rich possibilities.
To celebrate there will also be tea & home baked goodies provided plus an earth inspired Blue Sage & Sea Mineral gift bag and set to take home.
