Yoga Mouse Starts School Workshop

Yoga Mouse starts school - yoga and story workshop to help with school readiness for those starting nursery school or primary school.
We learn some Yoga from Yoga Mouse and his Mummy with his little starting school story.
We also make little positive affirmation cards to take home featuring parts of the story.
We learn some breathing and other tips and techniques, with some refreshments and a play in the sensory room to finish.
I am a yoga teacher of over ten years, and also a parent with experience of SEN, school refusal and anxiety around going back to school, so really understand a lot of the struggles involved.
Really hope that this wee workshop can help with this big transition.
