Inky Fun at SMA

At the SMA on Thursday 3rd July, 7.30 to 9.30pm... Inky Fun session.

Ink is a huge topic. It can include dip pens, fountain pens, marker pens, all kinds of pens. It can also include Derwent Inktense sticks and pencils, ink pads, biro’s etc. etc.

There is a huge variety of ink as well - dye based ink, pigment ink, calligraphy ink, fountain pen ink, document or waterproof ink, shimmer inks, acrylic inks etc. etc.

We will have dip pens, fountain pens and handmade stick pens; loads of different nibs to use for mark making; some bottles of ink - all for everyone to try.

If you have your own inky stuff or dip pens etc, please bring them along. If you haven’t got any dip pens or fountain pens, just bring some paper, a water pot and some kitchen roll etc.

Free to SMA members, visitors are welcome on the night for £5: please bring a mug if you'd like a free brew. We look forward to you joining us.
