These classes are available throughout August only, and are intended for existing studio clients who wish to maintain their practice over the summer. Classes will only run with three or more people booked.
Designed to enhance core control, improve balance, and develop greater body awareness. Each session will focus on progressing key Pilates principles such as spinal mobility, breathwork, and deep abdominal connection.
Whether you are managing long-standing niggles or looking to add more stability to your current movement practice, this class offers the opportunity to work at your own pace, with clear instruction and close attention to alignment and technique.
