Week 1 - Cardio Core & Upper Body Strength
Week 2 - Hips, Core, & Pelvic Floor
Week 3 - Back, Buttocks, & Cardio Core
Week 4 - Pilates Barre & Posture Correction
Week 5 - Complete Mobility Reset; roll, release, breathe, stretch, and let go of neck, shoulder, back, and hip tension (note: only applicable when a month has 5 Saturdays)
