Join us for our public open day on Sunday 27th July 2025. You do not need to prebook. It's our seventh open day of the year and we're looking forward to welcoming you.
Come and see our 1940s rooms and play with our collection of 1940s toys and games.
Visit our military museum and our Dig for Victory garden.
Pop into the Airman's Club to see our live band "The Mustangs" and pay a visit to South West Herts Model Railway Club to see what they're working on.
Experience a guided tour of a bombed out street scene with our air raid warden and take a ride in our WW2 Jeep.
Period attire is welcomed, so come along and experience a trip back to the Forties.
Admission:
- Adults £6
- Children (4-17) £4
- Under 4s free
- Concessions (Disabled, carers, seniors) £4
- Period Dress / Uniform £4
- Family Ticket (2 Adults and 2 Children or 2 Seniors) £16
It's not just a museum - it's a living history experience!
