Dear Western New York Community,
We are reaching out to local businesses and community members to request donations for a benefit honoring Tom Fries. Tom is a beloved husband, father, Lancaster-Depew Baseball and Regals Hockey coach, and lifelong community advocate who is currently battling end-stage kidney disease.
Tom is in urgent need of a kidney transplant, and his medical expenses have grown significantly. He is on daily dialysis until he finds his life-saving kidney match. Throughout his life, Tom has been the first to step up for others - now it is our turn to step up for him. From coaching youth sports to volunteering in countless local events, Tom has made a lasting impact in the Lancaster-Depew and Western NY communities. His family and loved ones are hosting a benefit in his honor to raise funds for his medical expenses and continued care.
