ZoukSoc Stockholm is back at Sprallen for another summer of dance! 💃🕺
Join us every Monday for an intro class and social dancing—everyone’s welcome, from total beginners to Zouk pros!

⏰ 18:00–19:00 Intro class (rotating teachers)
⏰ 19:00–22:00 Social dance
💰 40 SEK (Swish or Revolut 😊)
✨ Zouk is a Brazilian partner dance that evolved from Lambada and mixes beautifully with many music styles today. Come feel the groove and connect with a warm, welcoming community!
🇸🇪 Klasserna kan vara på svenska eller engelska beroende på läraren och gruppen. Vi anpassar oss!

Monday 30/6 there will also be a free beginners class in Acro Yoga on the lawn at Sprallen at 19 o'clock! 🤸♂️
Grab your partner (or find a new one at class) and join in for more fun lifting each other up! Local teacher Chantell with special surprise guest Mark Flieg, her acrobatics partner from Seattle, will offer a free beginner L-basing partner acrobatics class.🙌🏻 No prior experience or fitness level required, only a willingness to try new things! Experienced acrobats are also very welcome to join and help beginners start their journey. Bring comfortable clothes and a picknick blanket or yoga mat. 😄
After the class there will be an Acro Yoga jam in parallel with the zouk social. 🤸♂️💃🕺
