Mark your calendars for October 18th, 2025!! We’re proud to be the host gym for the TRU Challenge Same-Sex or Mixed-Sex PAIRS Competition!
Grab your workout bestie and get ready to throw down in a fun, inclusive, and challenging competition made for the everyday athlete, not the pure RX firebreathers.

Where: CrossFit Cask Strength (2100 Pennebaker Av, Bardstown, KY, 40004).
Divisions: Novice, Intermediate, Masters (40–54), Masters+ (55+), and Adaptive
New this year: Expanded Masters and Adaptive divisions!
Athletes who register by September 20, 2025 will have an official event shirt waiting for them at the Host when they check in. Registrations after September 20, 2025 does not include a free shirt. Register early!
This event is about community, pushing limits, and most of all, having a blast. Let’s sweat, cheer, and celebrate fitness together!
