**** Prana Love Yoga Events - Yin Yoga & Sound Healing ****
These 2 hour events take place monthly consisting of a Yin Yoga class followed by the wonderful healing attributes of a sound bath.
These will take place on the 1st Saturday of every month at 4:30pm to 6:30pm
There are a few wonderful sound healers that we are collaborating with so you will get to experience a variety of different offerings from these gifted healers. July's sound bath will again be offered by Sharyn @singingbowlssoundscapetown.
The Yin Yoga will be guided by Michael of Prana Love Yoga
These workshops will cost R300 This will be in addition to your yoga class packages if you have already joined Prana Love. However those who have an Unlimited Yoga package receive a 50% discount and only pay R150.
It is a good idea to book early as the previous events were fully booked weeks in advance.
