ARE YOU READY TO RAISE THE BARRE IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?
The barre fitness phenomenon has been gaining momentum over the past few years and is quickly making its way to the top of the βmust tryβ lists all over the country. There are quite a few methods and philosophies out there, but there are NONE like this one.
BarreFlow combines the flow of a vinyasa yoga class with the science of corrective exercise to create a complete workout for body and mind in only 45 minutes.
We are looking for both experienced group fitness instructors and novices alike to help us spread the word and start the BarreFlow movement.
This 12 hour course will include instruction in basic anatomy and physiology, exercise technique, choreography and teaching techniques. Be prepared to challenge yourself mentally and physically for 2 jam packed days at the barre!
Class will run from 10 am-4pm on Saturday and Sunday
Cost is $399 and includes all materials and continuing education credits with YA, NASM and AFAA
