Join us for your Sunday reset with yin yoga.
No experience necessary, if you have a body, you can do yoga �

In the first session we’ll be exploring developing a deep connection with breath (it’s a superpower!)

Using a Yin sequence to support space in the body for a free moving diaphragm, to connect with deep, restful breath.
We will introduce three part breathing - Mahat Yoga Pranayama to re-set your foundation.
Mahat Yoga Pranayama is a technique of complete deep breathing and its aim is healing and grounding.
It is said to be incredibly healing for internal organs, promoting immunity, increasing vitality and longevity by developing breath function, lung capacity as well as cultivating a sense of mental calmness and stability.
