The Reiki II course is a four to five hour course which covers the following:
Learn the Symbols: You will Learn Three Level II Symbols & what they mean
Practice of Absentee Healings
A Grounding Meditation: Feeling your own Reiki Energy
Hand Positions: Self treatment / Treatment of others
Reiki Practice session: Giving Reiki using the symbols
Questions and Answers
