Start your Sundays off with a meditative energetic clearing flow that is beginner friendly, but also invigorating to start your day and get ready for your week. This class can be catered to all levels, beginner and advanced, depending on the class that we have that day.

We will be meeting on the beach
On Newport Avenue around 6:30 to start yoga at 7 AM
Bring a towel a mat if you have one, and water!
Please make sure you pay for parking at the senior center if you choose to park there.
