Mindfulness Walk

Designed for people who want the benefits of meditation, but prefer to move!
This is a slow & silent mindfulness walk along the Millennium Trail in Goderich.
We meet at the Nelson Street East entrance at 11AM and walk to the first river lookout which is about a 30-minute walk. Then, we soak in the beauty of the Maitland River, talk about our mindfulness experience, take pictures, hug a tree, and walk back to the Nelson Street entrance.
